Organoleptic Characteristics: This caviar is a hybrid of Russian Sturgeon also known as Oscietra (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii) and Siberian Sturgeon (Acipenser baerii). This product has the best characteristics of both species. It is lighter and firmer and more aromatic in consistency than Baerii. The roe is medium in size with a diameter of 2.7-3.0 mm, with a marine flavour and hints of hazelnut similar to Oscietra.
Packaging: Vacuum sealed metal tins with coating. Range of sizes.
Shelf life of the product: 6 months from packaging, stored at a temperature of + - 2oC. Caviar must not be frozen. Once opened, (maintaining the indicated temperature) the shelf life of the product is seven days.
