Organoleptic characteristics: Glints of golden caramel reflect off light from this Oscietra caviar and highlight the strikingly consistent orbs. With a subtle, refined burst on the palate, our Imperial caviar instantly reveals lively, saline-infused richness with hints of hazelnut and savory buttery notes that coat the mouth and expand to a lifted, long and refined finish.

Caviar Malossol Method: 3.0 - 3.5% sea salt added.
Packaging: Vacuum sealed metal tins with coating. Range of sizes.

Shelf life of the product: 6 months from packaging, stored at a temperature of + - 2oC. Caviar must not be frozen. Once opened, (maintaining the indicated temperature) the shelf life of the product is seven days.
